Plans and getting started
Is Tchidash really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: unlimited products, 50 orders a month and 500 MB of storage. Upgrade to Pro when you need more.
What happens when I pass my plan's order limit?
Nothing breaks: your customers can always order and book. Bookings count as orders. Orders over the limit stay visible for 7 days, then they're hidden until you upgrade. Nothing is ever deleted.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Pro is 175 DH a month or 1,750 DH a year. Scale is 275 DH a month or 2,750 DH a year. Pay by bank transfer, no credit card needed.
How does WhatsApp order confirmation work?
When an order comes in, Tchidash sends the customer a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Their answer updates the order status automatically, so your team only calls the customers who don't reply.
Which delivery companies can I use?
On Pro and Scale, Digylog and other delivery companies are integrated directly: send an order in one click and follow the parcel. On every plan you can add your own shipping providers with their prices and shipping rules, and let customers pick their carrier at checkout.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on Pro. Connect a domain you already own, like yourbrand.ma, and your store is served on it.
Can my team work in Tchidash too?
Yes. Pro includes up to 5 people and Scale up to 10. Give each one a role, assign orders to confirmers and track commissions and performance per person.
Is the dashboard available in Arabic?
Yes. The dashboard is available in Arabic, French and English, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. If you stop paying, your store moves back to Free and keeps working.
Using Tchidash
Do I need technical skills to build my store?
No. You pick a theme, change text and pictures directly on the page and publish. Everything is point and click.
Can customers pay online as well as on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is on by default, and you can connect an online payment gateway so customers can pay by card.
Does it reduce returned parcels?
Yes. Orders the customer doesn't confirm are never shipped, which removes most of the parcels that would come back unpaid.
Can I write the message in Darija?
Yes. Message templates are fully yours, in any language, with the customer's name and order details filled in automatically.
Can I see which parcels were paid?
Yes. Each shipment shows its delivery status and whether the cash was collected.
Can I charge different shipping prices by city?
Yes. Shipping rules let you set a price per city, per carrier, or free shipping above an amount.
What is a good delivery rate for cash on delivery?
It depends on your product and cities, but tracking it per city is the fastest way to raise it: confirm better where parcels come back, and advertise more where they're delivered.
Do I need to set up anything?
No. Analytics are built from your orders and deliveries automatically.
How many team members can I add?
It depends on your plan. See the pricing page for each plan's team size.
Can agents see only their own orders?
Yes. Roles control what each person can see and change.
Do I need to code to build a workflow?
No. Workflows are built visually, step by step, or generated from a sentence with AI.
Can a workflow ship orders automatically?
Yes. A workflow can send confirmed orders to your carrier as soon as they're confirmed.
Do bookings count toward my plan's order limit?
Yes. Bookings count as orders on every plan.
Can I sell products and services on the same site?
Yes. Products and bookable services live side by side on your store.
Does stock update automatically?
Yes. Stock decreases when orders are placed and increases when parcels are returned.
Can I import my products and stock?
Yes. Import and export products, variants and stock with a CSV file.
Can I limit how many times a code is used?
Yes. Set a total limit, an end date or a minimum order amount.
Do bundles work with cash on delivery?
Yes. Bundles and discounts apply at checkout whatever the payment method.
Will my star rating show on Google?
Tchidash adds the rating to each product's structured data, which is what Google reads to show stars. Google decides when to display them.
Can I hide a review?
Yes. You can hide or delete any review from the dashboard.
